The Vision of Promised Land Baptist Church is to Serve, Teach, and Live by precept and example the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

Promised Land Baptist Church is a multi-generational, family cultivating Christ centered community Church
-To lovingly and patiently demonstrate Christ's love
-To provide spiritual growth and enhancement that will help build the lives of people from the inside out.
-To inspire those who are saved through preaching; teaching and Christian Education
-To remind the children of God that everybody is somebody in the house of the Lord.
-To comfort and aid the elderly
-To empower and mentor youth in all areas of the church and community.
-To evangelize throughout the surrounding neighborhoods in order to reach those who are in search of hope and guidance.

We believe that the Scriptures teach that sanctification is the process by which, according to the will of God, we are made partakers of his holiness; that it is a progressive work; that it is begun in regeneration; and that it is carried on in the hearts of believers by the presence and power of the Holy Spirit, the Sealer and Comforter, in the continual use of the appointed means especially the Word of God, self examination, self denial, watchfulness and prayer.
